        Implementing a lockout / tagout system means determining the procedure, selecting the right locks, defining a padlock system and, finally, proper training for the users.

        With the VPI (Valve Position Indicator), we offer a unique solution for providing a reliable signal to the control room for the position of hand wheel operated valves.
         
        The VPI has a mechanical counter incorporated to activate a switch in the open and / or closed positions. The switch is specified by the client and the VPI is custom made to the required specifications.
         
        NETHERLOCKS also has experience in custom made position indicators for special valves, actuators, gearboxes, etc…

A mechanical interlock guides the operator through an operational sequence with unique keys for each step.

Our FAITH is a mechanical partial stroke system for ESD procedures. The KMS power tool is a portable pneumatic actuator for valve operation and the spring return lever is designed to automatically close manually-operated valves.
